This statement details the current information gathering and sharing practices of BirdDog Aviation, LLC. (BDA). However, BDA is continually improving this site by adding new functionality and features as well as products, services and programs. Because of these changes, changes in the law and the changing nature of technology, BDA's information gathering and sharing practices may change from time to time without notice. We encourage you to review our Privacy & Security statement whenever you use this Site to make sure you understand our current practices.

Every time you view a page or link on our Site your action tag number will be logged in association with that page or link. These action tags allow us to compile statistics and other data about your use of the Site. This data is then used to analyze trends in order to allow us to improve the layout and design of our Site based on these compiled statistics as well as to administer the Site and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may share non-personally identifiable data with third parties on an aggregate basis.
Personally Identifiable Information: A user has the option to contact BDA via e-mail. BDA will respond to the user's e-mail by reply e-mail. The user's e-mail address may also be stored for administrative purposes or to contact the user at a later date on related matters.
A user has the option of completing and submitting a Acquisition Request Form request to receive a free Aircraft Search Interview. The user is required to provide his/her "Contact Information" and, if applicable, Aircraft Information. Submitting the Acquisition Request Form is strictly voluntary. The information provided on the Request Form is used to respond to the user's request and may also be stored to contact the user at a later date on related matters.
